Today

Since September 2015 I am a Researcher (CR) at INRAE (French National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and Environment) in Montpellier.

Past

From April of 2017 till May of 2018, I was a visiting researcher at the Insight Centre for Data Analytics, in University College Cork (UCC), Cork, Ireland.

From January to August of 2015, I was a postdoctoral Researcher in the DBWeb team at Telecom ParisTech working with Fabian Suchanek.

I received my PhD from the University Paris Sud on October of 2014. During my PhD, I was member of the LaHDAK team of the Laboratoire de Recherche en Informatique LRI (9/2011 - 10/2014). My supervisors were Nathalie Pernelle and Fatiha Saïs. The subject of my PhD was "Automatic key discovery for Data Linking".

I was a student of the Greek-French master program of the University of Crete and University Paris Sud (2/2010 - 9/2011).

I received my bachelor in 2009 from the Department of Applied Informatics in the University of Macedonia (Thessaloniki).

I was born in Greece and specifically in Alexandroupoli.

Teaching

I had my first teaching activities in the University of Crete during my Master2 of Research between 2010 and 2011 (20 hours). My main teaching activities took place between 2011 and 2014 at the Engineer School Polytech (126.5 hours) and Faculty of Sciences in the University Paris Sud (66 hours).

The diversity of students these 4 years allowed me to perceive and understand better their educational needs and allowed me to introduce different teaching strategies.
